What product data do you need from us to be able to identify our products in your database?

 We would basically need to know:

◊ Brand Name (fx Lenovo, Dell..)

◊ Manufacturer Part Number (fx 20YQS0TC00, 21AH00CSMX)

◊ Product Category (fx Laptop, Desktop, Smartphone)

◊ Screen size in inches (fx 6, 6.5, 27..)

◊ Capacity of the harddrive (fx 128GB, 256GB, 2TB..)

If Brand Name + Manufacturer Part Number are there, we are able to deliver the most accurate data.

If it’s not possible for you to deliver a valid Manufacturer Part Number, we will use the Product Category to deliver Product Category Average data, which is less accurate but still good and GHG compliant.

If you receive Rejoose data via a Blancco-Rejoose setup, the Manufacturer Part Number will usually be captured automatically from the device’s UEFI chipset during Blancco’s drive erasure process.
